Operating in over 100 countries globally it's the number one seller in a number of key cosmetic areas.

Due to an internal secondment move there is an urgent requirement for a six month interim Strategy Manager to cover their Europe, Middle East and the Africa region.

Responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining continuity on the strategic planning process
* Monitoring delivery and working closely in partnership with the Project Management Office.
* In a highly matrixed structure you'll be coordinating with global offices in particular New York where you'll be tracking alignment on initiatives.
* You'll also be getting involved in new process and assessing new growth opportunities, looking for example at return of investment and reviewing competitor activity.

Reporting into the European and UK Directors you'll be entering the business at a dynamic growth period and contributing to its expanse into new product areas having just acquired two new companies into the business.

They require someone with have 5-8 years Strategy experience from a Consultancy or Industry background.
