This is an exceptional Supply Chain Analyst career opportunity working with the Internal Consulting and Operations research team of a market leading retailer. It boasts one of the most advanced supply chain operations in the business.

With strong commercial acumen and analytical capability you will be working to shape and improve operational processes through detailed analysis of forecasts, sales and supply related information. You will be helping to implement a new supply chain system. In addition to inventory management and demand analysis you'll have the ability to make sound strategic decisions whilst being competent at handling the operational side of things and responding quickly.

Reporting into the Category Director, around you you'll be working with a team of buyers, operational, and project managers and externally you'll be liaising with planning team, suppliers and stakeholders.

You will be working within the fuel area so a background in fuel is desirable as is SAP experience and you will be advanced in excel.

This is a 12 month contract with great internal progression options.
