A BA with project management aspirations and very strong stakeholder management skills is required to join a Business Design team to define and facilitate a major Investment Transformation initiative being designed to empower customers in the management of their investments over time.

An investments product background is necessary, structured products perhaps, pensions, bonds, protection products and wrap or aggregated platform experience would be an advantage.

* At the scoping, planning and requirements gathering phase of the project, accountabilities will include facilitating, identifying risks and designing work streams to define the changes required.
* With a background in process modelling, product, control and compliance regulation you may also have an RDR regulations background or financial advisory qualification.
* Communication and people engagement skills are essential for this Lead role which will see you liaising closely across numerous functions including legal, data privacy, IT and governance functions.

Project or Change Management tools would also be advantageous, Lean, Six Sigma or Prince 2 for example.

This role is a priority requirement so they need someone to start asap.
