Our client is a global investment banking leader. Having emerged arguably best from the financial crisis, they are now poised to grow their operations across multi-service lines. As a part of this, they now wish to appoint a talented banking professional to join their Dutch coverage team, based from London.

Working with an extremely high calibre peer group the team structures and executes a range of solutions including carve-outs of sponsor portfolio assets, acquisitions and equity placements. Although sector generalist, Insurance and Financial Services are increasingly becoming an area of focus for the Team. For this role there is considerable client interaction as well as the opportunity to lead Associates and analysts.

With a background in investment banking you may wish to move to the top tier, alternatively if already within a top tier environment find that you are not being recognised for the work you are doing. Knowledge of the M&A Dutch market, as well as fluency in Dutch are pre-requisite. Candidates should have excellent academics including an MBA or similar.
