Our client is a global investment banking leader. Having emerged as one of the best from the financial crisis, they are growing their operations across multi-service lines. As a part of this they now wish to appoint a talented professional to join their Media and Telecoms team. Pre-eminent in its field, the team is led by some of the iconic operators in the industry. It has consistently secured high profile mandates which have eluded their competitors and from these successes have developed a very strong team ethos with an excellent culture.

Within the Media,. Communications and related sectors the team structures and executes a range of solutions including mergers, balance sheet refinancings, acquisitions, carve outs and divestments. There will be considerable client interaction, before, during and after the advisory phase itself. Clients, range from global multinational to PE backed high growth businesses.

With a background in investment banking you may wish to move to the top tier, alternatively if already within a top tier environment find that you are not being recognised for the work you are doing. Remuneration will be structured to attract the best.

Candidates should have excellent academics including an MBA or similar and be fluent in English and, preferably, German.
