This group has established its reputation as a leader in the provision of a range of Financial Services products. Within the insurance division it has a strong, leverageable client base upon which it is delivering significant year-on-year EBIT growth, complemented by a structured acquisition program.

To add to this success they now wish to appoint an entrepreneurially minded finance director with the capability to deliver clear commercial direction as well as strong balance sheet management. Specifically this will include:

Responsibility for the provision and continual improvement in quality of all financial and management reporting.
Alongside the divisional MD, contribute to delivering optimum results on strategic growth initiatives - both organic and through M&A.
Contribute to all financial elements of negotiating new deals.
Assure best practice in legal and in-house compliance.

Candidates will have gained post qualification experience in a financial services environment and have exposure to insurance products. A strong understanding of legal and compliance processes would be advantageous.
