EM Finance is recruiting a Senior Property Finance Manager for one of Europe's largest Health Care business, in Central London. We have the budget to pay up to £75,000 per annum + equity
Reporting to the Finance Director, the key responsibilities/duties will be:
- Supporting the surveyors with property acquisitions
- Structure of lease contracts
- Putting in controls to monitor the property throughout its life time
- Administrating from a legal & tax perspective
- Development of business plans
- Visiting new sites to assess new locations
My client is seeking a high calibre Accountant with a proven track record of performing the key responsibilities/duties outlined above.
