Leading retail company, with unrivalled growth in its food and non-food categories now seeks an a highly motivated ex-Management Consultant looking to make a first move into a corporate environment.

Working with both in-house strategy department and operational teams in store, this pivotal role manages the change process that will drive efficiencies in supply chain across the entire group whilst ensuring continued availability at store level.

Key to the success of this role is a classic consulting toolkit, including the ability to lead large, complex change programme management programs, to manage and nurture teams of junior project managers / analysts, to understand and manage the technology interfaces and to have a highly analytical approach to solving problems.
