The Company:

Our client is one of the world's largest consulting companies. The Transaction Services group is a global leader working across the deal arena, and the chosen business partner for many of the world's leading organisations. Clients include publicly listed corporations, private companies, private equity investors and public sector organisations.

Due to the strategy teams continued success they are currently looking to recruit at Associate and Manager level.

The Role:

Responsibilities will include:
- Addressing complex market, strategic, competitive and financial issues on behalf of clients.
- Collecting market data from many sources and generating data if necessary.
- Designing and executing strategic and financial analysis on potential target organisations.
- Leading analysis work-streams on engagements with the opportunity to take responsibility for
small teams.

The person:

Opportunities are available for the right individual across all sectors.
Suitable candidates will possess:
- Excellent academic background, with either an ACA qualification, MBA or experience of working in
a strategic consultancy, the public sector or corporate M&A / planning departments.
- Ability to show both strong financial analysis and a sound strategic skill set is essential, as is a solid
commercial awareness.
- A pragmatic and logical approach to analysis and problem solving.
- A real desire to work in the deal arena.
- Must be a team player with a proven collaborative and supportive approach.
