Our client, a leading global professional services firm, is currently seeking experienced Financial Services specialists to sit within their transaction focused consulting team.
Providing operational advice throughout the deal lifecycle from due diligence and deal execution through to post merger integration and exit planning, suitable candidates will draw on a strong operational / change management background gained from consulting or industry.
Transaction / Private Equity advisory experience, whilst desirable is not essential, as significant emphasis will be placed on technical knowledge & ability to develop immediate rapport with clients spanning insurance, retail & investment banking.
The small team is in rapid growth mode and opportunities currently exist from Assistant Manager through to Senior Manager level.
