The Company
Our client is one of the world's leading consulting companies. The Transaction Services group is a global leader working across the deal arena, and the chosen business partner for many of the world's leading organisations. Clients include publicly listed corporations, private companies, private equity investors and public sector organisations.

The recent success of the Operational Due Diligence team is mirrored by the continued expansion of Transaction Services. They are currently looking to recruit at Associate Director and Director level.

The Role
Responsibilities will include:
- Working alongside other Transaction Services teams to win and deliver operational advisory
engagements.
- Undertaking operational due diligence and advisory work before, during and after the deal looking
at a number of the following areas: Buying / Procurement, Manufacturing Control, Supply Chain,
Merchandising, Sales Force Effectiveness and IT Systems.
- Developing stand alone business opportunities and maintaining ongoing client relationships.

The Person
Suitable candidates will:
- Ideally have gained a mix of consulting and operational experience within the industrial /
manufacturing sector
- Preferably have had exposure to established methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six
Sigma and Kanban.
- Have a proven track record of working in a deal environment and be committed to working on
operational aspects of the entire transaction experience.
- Be able to display a track record of business development.
- Be a team player with a proven collaborative and supportive approach.
