We are currently working for a global consulting business who are looking to strengthen their Dutch transaction consulting department on the back of continued success.

As part of a wider European task force, but focusing predominantly on the Dutch market, this 40 person team covers the full transaction cycle across a broad range of sectors.

With ambitious growth plans over the next two years, this team is looking to expand its offering within their current core service lines:

- Strategic & commercial due diligence
- Operational advisory
- Post Merger Integration
- Business modeling.

Opportunities exist to specialise in one of the above areas or to work across several service lines whilst also supporting the business's Corporate Finance practice.

Relevant individuals will likely be experienced consultants, possessing a strong analytical skill set and may have worked in a corporate development / operational role in industry.
