Private Equity - Small Cap
c. £100,000 + bonus + carry

Our client, an established leader in the European mid market has consistently outperformed its peers. Their teams, composed of highly skilled professionals from banking and consulting backgrounds are respected amongst their portfolio business for unlocking embedded value and enabling real value creation. An opportunity has arisen to join their smaller cap investment team. Concentrating on EV's between £25- £80m the team focuses upon sector generalist, UK based investments, deploying growth capital through to exit.

Interested candidates will have had a successful track record in both Investment banking and principal investment within the UK, and possess the gravitas for them to win the confidence of Management Teams during the bid stage and have the commercial and business skill to guide them to optimum exit opportunities.
