Despite the testing market conditions over the past 12 months, the business has maintained its dominance in the marketplace and is currently recruiting for an experienced Sarbanes-Oxley Consultant. The role is based in the west London area.

Key Role Responsibilities:
- To manage, on a day to day basis, the planning, performance and report delivery of allocated Sarbanes Oxley assignments. This includes ensuring delivery of the end to end audit process to an acceptable professional standard;
- Building and maintaining a close working relationship with the management teams across all relevant areas
- Assisting in the development of the SOx programme to identify value arising from the process
- Assessing and testing business, IT dependent and IT general controls
- Reporting to senior management on key issues on a timely basis in a clear and concise fashion

Applicants will need to be fully qualified accountants with SOx (404) experience; knowledge of COSO, COBIT and ISACA guidance; a sound understanding of key controls & risks and their application to the business environment; and excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
