Quality of hire questionnaire
The effectiveness of Recruitment is all too often measured on cost and speed i.e. how cheaply and quickly can we hire this person. Numerous studies from McKinsey's 'War for Talent' to a similar UK study by Watson Wyatt have however, proved that an equally important factor that should be measured, is the quality of both the individual being hired and the recruitment process itself. We therefore assess every hire we make through a post placement questionnaire and consultation against a number of key criteria;
- Overall service levels the Client received
- Quality of the match between Candidate and Client's technical & professional requirements
- Recruiter's knowledge of the Client's market and whether they added value to the recruitment process
- How the Client would rate us against other recruitment firms
We also measure whether our placed candidates are still with the firm at 12 & 24 month intervals as longevity also plays a key part in assessing quality.
