Using the wide range of tools and resources we've created, we can tailor make a programme designed to suit your needs. This may typically include identifying those qualities and characteristics typically possessed by leaders in your business. Using these as a framework we can then conduct psychometric tests on potential candidates for leadership roles within the company to assess their strengths and weaknesses and what these might bring to such a role. Additionally our process may also include research into other desirable qualities, conducting surveys to assess employees' past performance and colleagues' perceptions of the individual. The end result is a detailed programme and subsequent report which provides a thorough analysis of all candidates' suitability to such a leadership role.
