Using multiple methods to objectively and fairly assess candidates has been proven to be the best way of predicting success in a role (and also improves the candidate experience). In addition to competency based interviewing and psychometric profiling we offer a range of competency based selection exercises including role-plays, group exercises, presentation exercises, in-tray exercises and written exercises. We have access to all the leading off-the shelf exercises or can design a bespoke exercise to meet your needs. We provide client support at all stages for example, assessment centre design, assessor training and assessor support on the day.
