I was very impressed with EM Finance from start to finish in my job seeking process.  At the first meeting I met a number of consultants who used their knowledge and experience, across a wide range of industries, to provide me with a better idea of the kind of jobs that met my experience and requirements.

The consultants were not pushy and if I said a role was not right for me they listened. Over time as it became clear in my own mind as to the job I wanted, and in return more specific roles were presented to me.  In particular, the consultant that placed me in my current role was very thorough, particularly when it came to preparing me for interviews and when negotiating the salary package I was after.

All in all I found EM Finance to be an excellen agency and if I decide to move jobs again in the future I will definitely be getting in touch with them.
